Timothy Chen Saulsbury serves as the Co-Chair of the Global Intellectual Property Litigation Group at Morrison Foerster, a position held since January 2023, after previously serving as Deputy Co-Chair. Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Timothy was a partner at Durie Tangri LLP from September 2013 to January 2023, and worked as a Patent Litigation Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges from October 2011 to August 2013. Early career experience includes serving as a law clerk to the Hon. Kathleen M. O'Malley at both the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Timothy's educational background includes degrees from Stanford Law School, the University of Virginia, Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology, and a period of study at Virginia Tech.
