Carmen Viola

Carmen Viola is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical development coordination and human resources. Currently serving as a Technical Development Coordinator at Morrison Hershfield since August 2016, Carmen specializes in knowledge management and technical training coordination, utilizing tools such as SharePoint Designer and Camtasia. Carmen is also the Sole Proprietor of Blue Moon Arts, offering yoga instruction since 1987 and holding credentials as an E-RYT 500 and a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Specialist and Human Resources Coordinator at the YMCA of Greater Seattle, where Carmen excelled in applicant tracking system management and served as an HR liaison.
