Justin R. Bengtson

Justin is an associate in the Bridgeport office of Morrison Mahoney. He concentrates his practice in the areas of professional liability and civil litigation defense. He represents a variety of individuals, businesses, and professionals in negligence, products liability, and professional liability matters.

Prior to joining Morrison Mahoney, Justin practiced with a defense firm that specialized in the defense of medical professionals and facilities in high stakes malpractice cases.

During law school, Justin provided litigation support to a regional law firm’s real estate practice. He also interned at a boutique commercial litigation and employment defense firm in New Haven.
