Sean A. Bernard

Sean Bernard serves as an Associate Legal Counsel at Morrison Mahoney LLP since July 2023, following a significant tenure with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as Assistant Regional Counsel/Advocate from May 2007 to July 2023. With a robust background in civil litigation, Sean managed a caseload exceeding one hundred cases, conducting legal research, developing case strategies, and advocating in court for family law disputes. Prior to this, Sean worked as a Medical Negligence and Personal Injury Attorney at Reed and Giordano, PA, from June 2005 to May 2007, where key responsibilities included managing cases, drafting legal documents, and negotiating settlements. An Honors Judicial Clerk experience at the Massachusetts Superior Court from January 2004 to June 2004 complements Sean's legal training, obtained through a Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Andrews University.
