Amy Austin

Amy Austin is an accomplished Commercial Director for Fresh Foods at Morrisons, a position held since March 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing various categories such as meat, poultry, seafood, eggs, bakery, cakes, and frozen foods, as well as serving as Trade and Events Director. Prior to this role, Amy held multiple positions at Morrisons, including Category Director for seafood and Category Manager for Fresh Meat from June 2016 to January 2018. Additionally, experience includes serving as Senior Buying Manager for Prepacked Fish and Fish Counters at Asda from September 2015 to May 2016. Amy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Management Studies from the University of Bradford School of Management, attained between 2003 and 2007.
