Mary Beth Clausen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and positions. Mary Beth began their career in 1986 as a Medical Laboratory Technologist at Evanston Hospital. In 1999, they joined Easter Seals Joliet Region and served on their Board of Directors until 2013. Additionally, Mary Beth held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors from 2003 to 2005.
In 2006, Mary Beth joined Rialto Square Theatre as the Director of Development. Mary Beth was responsible for fundraising, event planning, and managing fundraising personnel, committees, and volunteers. During their tenure, they successfully raised funds to complete the Theatre's goal of a $1 Million Major Endowment Fund.
Subsequently, Mary Beth served as Director of Client Relations and Vice President at The Morrissey Family Businesses, starting in 2013 and 2023 respectively. Finally, from 2016 to 2020, they were a member of the Board of Directors at Easterseals serving Chicagoland and Greater Rockford.
Mary Beth Clausen attended Boylan Catholic High School but their years of attendance are unknown. In 1982, they enrolled at Marquette University and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist in 1986.
