Amanda Gregory

World Languages, Director of Summer Institute at MORRISTOWN-BEARD SCHOOL

Amanda Gregory is a dedicated educator specializing in Classics, currently serving as a Classics Teacher at Princeton Day School since August 2023. With extensive experience as a Latin, Ancient Greek, and Writing Instructor since August 2010, Amanda has previously held teaching positions at Morristown-Beard School, where responsibilities included teaching Latin, English, and History, as well as directing a Summer Institute and coordinating gender equity initiatives. Amanda's academic background includes a PhD in Classics and Classical Languages from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, teaching various Latin and Greek courses and assisting with key curriculum projects. Additionally, Amanda supported faculty research as a Project Assistant focused on women and gender in antiquity and provided library assistance in periodicals reference at Memorial Library.
