Bard Karlsen

Bard Karlsen has extensive work experience in various management and executive roles. Bard is currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Operations & Innovation at Morrow Batteries since April 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Management consultant at Karlsen Consulting from November 2019 to April 2020. From 2006 to 2019, Bard held the position of Executive Director at Ernst & Young. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Director of Strategy and Process Improvement at IBM Business Consulting Services/PwC Consulting from 2001 to 2005, and also at PwC Consulting from 2001 to 2002. Bard held the role of Business Director at Elkem Materials from 2000 to 2001. Bard started their career as a Manager of Strategic Planning and Process Improvement at Elkem, Silicon Division from 1996 to 2000. Bard's first professional experience was as an Associate Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group from 1995 to 1997.

Bard Karlsen completed their Master's degree in International Marketing and Management at BI Norwegian Business School from 1989 to 1993. Following this, they pursued further education at SDA Bocconi in 1994, where they obtained a Master's degree in International Economics and Management.
