Scott Carter

Scott Carter is an experienced law enforcement professional with a strong background in technology and criminal investigation. Since June 2008, Scott has served as a Criminal Sergeant and previously held positions as a Detective/Criminal Deputy and Deputy Sheriff at Morrow County Sheriff. Prior to this, Scott was a Deputy Sheriff at Wheeler County Sheriff's Office from March 2005 to June 2008. Earlier in the career, Scott worked as the Director of Technology at North Central ESD from 2000 to March 2005, and from 1997 to 2000, Scott was the Department Head of Website Development Services at IP/Koke Printing, where a business plan was written to create a web design and hosting department for printing clients. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Oregon, obtained between 1988 and 1992.
