P. E. Garrett Schra

Garrett Schra, P.E. is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and Project Manager at Morrow since January 2014, Garrett previously held the position of Engineering Specialist 1 at the Oregon Department of Transportation, where responsibilities included leading a project to compile a comprehensive inventory of highway approaches. Garrett also gained valuable experience as an intern in Bridge Operations Engineering with the Oregon Department of Transportation, supporting administrative tasks related to bridge inspections. Earlier work at Les Schwab Tire Centers involved sales and service for various tire applications. Garrett Schra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University and has completed coursework at Chemeketa Community College.
