James Grant

James Grant is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in estimating, preconstruction, and property management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Estimating & Preconstruction at Morrow-Meadows Corporation since May 2023, James oversees estimating and preconstruction services for the San Diego area. With roots in residential and commercial development as the President of Grant Holdings, Inc. since 2005, James has held several key positions including Director of Preconstruction at Baker Electric and Regional Preconstruction Manager at Morrow-Meadows Corporation. Notably, as Director of Design Build Estimating at Helix Electric, James managed the National Design Build Estimating and 3D BIM Design Departments, driving innovation and efficiency in preconstruction processes. James also co-founded the Nevada branch of Arco Electric, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to the electrical industry.
