Christopher Nordquist

Christopher Nordquist has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Christopher is currently serving as the Managing Director and Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at Morrow Sodali since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Advisor at Third Economy starting from November 2021.

From 2015 to 2018, Christopher held the position of Partner and General Counsel at CamberView Partners, LLC. Christopher was responsible for managing the company's legal affairs, including public company reporting and compliance, intellectual property, corporate governance, and employment matters. Christopher successfully resolved two proxy contests, multiple patent lawsuits, negotiated technology licenses, and managed the trademark portfolio.

Before joining CamberView Partners, LLC, Christopher worked at RedEnvelope, Inc. as the Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and Secretary from October 2003 to December 2007. Their responsibilities included establishing and managing SEC reporting and compliance for the newly public internet and catalog specialty retailer.

In addition, Christopher has held various legal roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Thomas Weisel Asset Management from 2002 to 2003, General Counsel at Scudder Weisel Capital from 2000 to 2001, General Counsel at WR Hambrecht + Co in 2000, V.P. Administration and General Counsel at Esprit from 1998 to 2000, Senior Counsel at Barclays Global Investors from 1995 to 1998, and Associate at Shearman and Sterling in 1994.

Christopher Nordquist attended St. Olaf College from 1983 to 1987, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Christopher then pursued their Juris Doctor degree in Law from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law from 1987 to 1990. Nordquist is also a member of the State Bar of California.
