Harrison Evans has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2012 and 2015, they worked as a Ranger for the Boy Scouts of America, where they guided teams, provided wilderness skills instruction, and participated in search and rescue efforts. In 2016, they became a Ranger Trainer, responsible for training and supervising a group of Rangers.

In 2016-2017, Harrison worked as an English Teaching Assistant in France, instructing High School students in English as a Second Language and Cultural Studies.

From 2017-2018, they held various roles with the Boy Scouts of America, including coordinating and managing the Rayado Trek Program, leading seminars, and training staff.

Harrison then briefly worked as a Deputy Paid Canvassing Director for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee in 2018.

In 2019, Harrison joined Glass, Lewis & Co. as an Executive Compensation Research Associate, gradually moving up to the role of Junior Executive Compensation Analyst and then Executive Compensation Analyst. Harrison conducted data analysis, engaged with company boards, and assisted in the development of proprietary models and tools.

In 2022, they joined Compensation Advisory Partners as an Associate, and in 2023, they started working as a Vice President, Executive Compensation & Corporate Governance at Morrow Sodali.

Harrison Evans obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and French from the University of South Carolina from 2012 to 2016. Harrison also studied Political Science and French at the Université d'Artois in 2015 and beyond.
