Joann Chya

Joann Chya has extensive experience in executive compensation and corporate governance, currently serving as Senior Director at Morrow Sodali since November 2021. Prior to this role, Joann Chya was the Executive Compensation Lead for Corporate Governance & ESG at Fidelity Investments from February 2015 to October 2021. Joann Chya began working in the field at MSCI Inc. from January 2008 to January 2015, where roles included Head of Executive Compensation for the US Market, Senior Analyst, and Analyst. Earlier experience includes positions at ISS Institutional Shareholder Services from January 2003 to December 2007, such as Research Operations Manager and Team Lead for Executive Compensation and Governance in the UK and Ireland, and roles at Thomson Reuters from June 2000 to June 2003 as Data Production Operations Manager.
