Maxim Hibbs

Maxim Hibbs is an Associate at Sodali & Co since July 2024, focusing on Strategic Communications within the Industrials and Support Services team. Prior to this role, Maxim was an Associate at Powerscourt from May 2021 to July 2024, which later rebranded to Sodali & Co. Earlier experience includes serving as an Analyst after completing a Graduate Programme at Powerscourt and as an Analyst Intern in Short Equity at Varenne Capital Partners in 2019. Additional roles comprise an Editorial Intern at Humensis, where responsibilities included proofreading and translation, and a brief stint at The Sunday Times as a World News Desk Cover. Maxim holds a Master of Arts in Modern and Medieval Languages (French and Russian) from the University of Cambridge, obtained in 2020, and was educated at Repton School from 2011 to 2016.
