Natalie Richardson

Natalie Richardson's work experience starts with their role as the Director of Sales at Morrow Sodali, which they joined in 2021. In this position, they advise corporate issuers and their outside counsel on compliance matters such as ESG, anti-takeover, compensation, proxy issues, and shareholder engagement. Natalie also provides financial disclosure solutions and helps clients with corporate events.

Before Morrow Sodali, Natalie worked at Broadridge from 2010 to 2021 in various roles, including Director of Sales- Capital Markets, Capital Markets Specialist- Senior Account Executive, and Senior Account Executive- Corporate Issuer Sales.

Prior to Broadridge, they served as the Field Sales Manager for the Denver District at Pitney Bowes from 2007 to 2010.

Natalie's earliest work experience was at DePuy Spine, a Johnson & Johnson company, where they worked as a Case Coverage/ Executive Assistant from 2003 to 2007.

Natalie Richardson obtained their Bachelor's degree in MCDB EPOB from the University of Colorado Boulder between 1995 and 1999. Prior to that, they attended Douglas County High School from 1990 to 1995.
