Rachel D. is the Executive Vice President of Commercial at Morse, where they lead sales and revenue initiatives for the Fintech division. They co-founded Speak, serving as the Chief Revenue Officer, and have held advisory roles, including Advising Executive Director at JLG. Previously, Rachel was the President of Retail & Brand Development at Dahlen Associates and worked as a Senior Manager in Global Business Development for Wal-Mart. Rachel earned a B.A. in Political Science and Business from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and has been a member of the Women Business Leaders of the US Health Care Industry Foundation since 2022.
