Daniel Blanchard

Daniel Blanchard is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as Chair of the Corporate Department at Morse since March 2018, Daniel has held previous positions at Greenberg Traurig, LLP as Of Counsel and Associate, and as Legal Counsel and Compliance Officer at Pioneer Behavioral Health. Daniel's expertise includes managing legal issues related to securities law compliance, mergers, joint ventures, and government enforcement. Additionally, Daniel has provided legal consulting in the banking and financial services sector and has experience in corporate maintenance and securities law for various industries. Daniel earned a JD, cum laude, from Boston College Law School and a BA, magna cum laude, in Quantitative Economics from Tufts University.
