Rhyan Fachrianto has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Rhyan is currently working as a Senior Lab Technician and Firmware Test Engineer at Morse Micro since May 2021. Prior to Morse Micro, they worked at NetComm Wireless from 2008 to 2021, where they held various roles including Senior Test Engineer and QA Engineer. In these roles, Rhyan coordinated testing efforts, established standards and processes for testers, prepared system test strategies and plans, and executed test cases and procedures. Before NetComm Wireless, they worked at CISRA as a QA Test Engineer from 2007 to 2008. Rhyan also has experience working at Nokia as a Field Test Engineer from 2004 to 2005 and at Gazebo as a Network Administrator from 2002 to 2003.
Rhyan Fachrianto completed their Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering at the University of Indonesia from 2000 to 2004. Rhyan then pursued a Master's degree in the same field at The University of Queensland from 2005 to 2007.
In terms of certifications, Rhyan obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification from Cisco in September 2004. Rhyan also achieved the A+ Certification from CompTIA in February 2008 and the Help Desk Analyst Certification (HDA) from the Help Desk Institute in March 2008. Additionally, they acquired the Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification from Microsoft in June 2008 and the Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA) certification from Microsoft in September 2008.
Rhyan further expanded their knowledge and skills by obtaining the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 certification from Rhyan'sMajesty's Government (Office of Government Commerce (OGC)), UK in December 2011. Rhyan also obtained the ISTQB Certified Testing Foundation 2011 Syllabus certification from the British Computer Society (BCS) – The Chartered Institute for IT in May 2013. To stay up-to-date with industry trends, Rhyan completed the Networking and Security Architecture with VMware NSX certification from Coursera in March 2019.
