Séamus Harnett

Séamus Harnett's work experience begins in 2012 as a Work Experience Student at H&MV Engineering. Séamus then worked as a Sales Assistant at Cunninghams SuperValu from September 2012 to January 2013. From May 2013 to January 2014, they served as a Co-Operative Education student at onsemi. In May 2014, Séamus interned at onsemi as a Design Evaluation Intern, during which they implemented software improvements using LabVIEW. Séamus joined onsemi full-time in August 2015 as a Design Evaluation Engineer and held various roles within the company, including Senior Design Evaluation Engineer and Senior Product Engineer. In March 2021, they were promoted to Staff Product Engineer and continued in this role until June 2022. Currently, Séamus is employed as a Systems DVT Engineer at Morse Micro, starting in July 2022.

Séamus Harnett completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering at the University of Limerick from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Leaving Certificate at Castletroy College from 2006 to 2011. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer from National Instruments in July 2016.
