Carolyn Rose has over 30 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Carolyn is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of the Foundation at MorseLife Health System, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President of the Foundation at MorseLife Health System from September 2019 to June 2022.
From 2014 to 2019, Carolyn worked at the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County, where they served as the Senior Vice President of the Jewish Community Foundation from December 2018 to September 2019. Carolyn also held the position of Vice President of the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County / Jewish Community Foundation from August 2014 to September 2019.
Carolyn's earlier experience includes serving as the Chief Development Officer at the Mandel JCC of the Greater Palm Beaches from July 2011 to August 2014. Carolyn also worked for the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County / Jewish Community Foundation from 1990 to 2011, starting as an Associate Vice President and eventually overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Jewish Community Foundation.
In addition, Carolyn had a role at the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County from 1994 to 1998 as a Senior Campaign Associate, where they were responsible for various tasks including press releases, feature stories, fundraising campaigns, and donor cultivation.
Throughout their career, Carolyn has demonstrated expertise in donor development, planned giving, fundraising, communications, and special event planning. Carolyn has successfully established strong relationships with donors and professionals, managed boards, and organized educational and community-wide outreach programs. Carolyn has contributed to the management of millions of dollars and has supervised professional staff in their various roles.
Carolyn Rose received their B.A in Public Relations from Florida International University, studying there from 1986 to 1990.
