Stephen Duxbury

Stephen Duxbury is a Junior Design Engineer at Morson Projects since November 2019, with prior experience as a vehicle inspection and delivery driver at BCA LOGISTICS LIMITED for a brief period in 2019. Early career experience includes an apprenticeship at R and B Motors, where mechanical skills were developed while working during holiday breaks. Stephen contributed as a senior team member in the Formula Student project at The University of Manchester, leading the design and testing of a vehicle impact structure that achieved significant improvements in crash safety. Additional roles include serving as an Engineering Ambassador and bar staff at Friendship Inn while pursuing education. Stephen holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Manchester and possesses a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Mechanical Engineering along with A-level Physics and GCSEs from Bury College and Philips High School, respectively.
