Josephine Bromley is the COO & Co-founder of MapMortar, a company focused on supercharging and de-risking retrofits to reduce carbon emissions from buildings. Prior to this, Josephine founded Carbon13 as part of the venture builder for the climate emergency at the University of Cambridge. Josephine also has experience as a Program Manager at Costain Group PLC, Partner Manager at Curve, and Global Brand Account Manager at Google. Josephine holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language with International Work Placement Year from the University of Leeds, as well as a degree in Junior Fullstack Software Developer from Le Wagon and completed the Study China Programme at Zhejiang University.
