Jim Corby

Jim Corby has extensive experience in aviation, currently serving as Lead Auditor at mba Aviation since January 2022. Previously, Jim worked as an Auditor at Aviation Compliance Solutions (ACS) Pty Ltd from September 2008 to November 2020 and held various roles at Aer Lingus from January 2000 to October 2018, including Pilot and Quality Manager for all Flight and Ground operations. Additional experience includes auditing and advising airlines through Corby Aviation Quality Services, serving as an Operations Manager for Premier Helicopters, and working as a Flight Operations Inspector for the Irish Aviation Authority. Jim's career began in the Irish Defence Forces, serving in the Air Corps from 1976 to 1994. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Military Science from The Military College and a Graduateship in Marketing from the Marketing Institute of Ireland, along with management education from Cranfield School of Management.
