Kristen Wilson

Kristen Wilson, PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. From 2011 to 2013, they worked in the NC Army National Guard as a Human Resources specialist. Following that, they joined Louisville Metro Government as an EO Investigator from 2014 to 2016. Kristen then transitioned to Mortenson Dental Partners, starting in 2016. At Mortenson Dental Partners, Kristen began as an HR Business Partner, where they played a vital role in recruitment and onboarding while also serving as the local HR presence for all locations. In 2020, they were promoted to the position of Regional Director of Operations, where they currently oversee operational efficiency and implements HR programs for the company.

Kristen Wilson, PHR completed their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Liberty University, from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they hold certifications such as Professional in Human Resources (PHR) obtained in January 2016 from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and the EEOC New Investigator Certification obtained in September 2015 from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
