Patricia Barry

Patricia Barry has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Patricia started their career in 1996 as an Office Manager at Sam Swope Mitsubishi and held the position until 1999. Later, they worked at Ledco Doors Inc. as an Assistant to the Controller from 1999 to 2002. After that, they joined Blue Grass Automotive as a Staff Accountant from 2002 to 2006. In 2006, they transitioned to the role of HR Business Partner at Mortenson Dental Partners, where they are currently employed. Additionally, they worked at American Family Dental Group as a Human Resource-Payroll Manager from 2006 to 2018.

Patricia Barry attended Indiana University South East from 1983 to 1985, where they studied psychology. Patricia obtained additional certifications throughout their career, including the SHRM Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty from SHRM in March 2021 and the Veterans at Work certification from SHRM in April 2019. In January 2016, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM. Additionally, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2012.
