Currently serving as the Interim & Fractional CEO, COO, and CFO at David Simmonds Consulting Inc. since February 2020, David specializes in helping businesses navigate challenges and achieve growth through a range of services, including advisory and operational improvement. Previous roles include Vice President of Finance and Operations at Exhibition Capital, where David supported acquisitions, and Financial Business Consultant at Thin Air Labs, managing complex financial transactions. David also founded Simmonds CPA | Professional Corporation, establishing one of Canada's pioneering cloud accounting firms. A skilled leader in high-pressure environments, David's background encompasses senior positions at FBC, Wave HQ, and experience in academia as a non-full-time faculty member at Fanshawe College.
