Jon Alirez

Jon Alirez has a comprehensive work experience spanning over a decade, starting in 2002. Jon began their career as a System Network Administrator at ECM Solutions and later joined the United States Air Force as a Supervisor for F-15 Electrical and Environmental Systems. In 2007, they transitioned to the Colorado Air National Guard as a Supervisor for F-16 Electrical and Environmental Systems. In 2008, they took on the role of IT Systems Manager at BlueModus. Jon then established their own consulting firm, Alirez Consulting, in 2012 where they worked as the Owner/Founder. In 2014, they joined Accenture as a Consultant and worked their way up to an Associate Manager and then Complex Program Management Manager. In 2014, Jon also joined Mortgage Cadence as a Sr. Project Manager and progressed to roles including Sr. Program Manager and Director of Program Management. Their latest position was Director of Strategic Initiatives at Mortgage Cadence, which they held since June 2019.

Jon Alirez has a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on leadership, strategy, and innovation from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business. Jon also has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in management from the University of Colorado Denver.

In addition to their formal education, Jon Alirez has obtained several certifications. Jon is a SAFe Agilist Certified and a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, both from Scaled Agile, Inc. Jon holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Jon Alirez is also a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), certified by Cisco.
