Joshua Leonard possesses extensive experience in software development and management within the mortgage industry. Currently serving as Software Developer Manager at Mortgage Cadence since July 2005, Joshua is instrumental in building and nurturing three product development teams, focusing on hiring, onboarding, and skill development. Prior roles at Mortgage Cadence include Product Application Architect and Senior Software Developer, where Joshua utilized Microsoft technologies to enhance mortgage processing software and collaborated with project managers on timelines. Previously, Joshua worked at Dexma from June 2000 to July 2005, progressing from Senior Application Support Analyst, where tier 3 support was provided, to Technical Team Lead, overseeing a five-member development team, and Software Developer, creating data-driven websites. Joshua holds a BS in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration from Winona State University, earned in 2000.
