Steve Reding

Steve Reding has extensive experience in the mortgage and real estate sectors, currently serving as the Document Center Operations/Compliance Liaison at Mortgage Cadence since July 2014. Previously, Steve was the owner of SPARK Homes, LLC, from August 2011 to July 2014, focusing on rehabilitation and rental homes. Other roles include Implementation Manager at Mortgage Cadence and Director of Document Operations at First American Loan Production Solutions. Steve also served as Development Manager at Shanks, Tritter & Ledbetter. Steve Reding holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the M.J. Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University, which was completed between 1984 and 1986.
