Bill Shirreffs

Bill Shirreffs has held various leadership roles in the finance and mortgage industry. Bill is currently the Head of MSR Services and Sales Operations at Mortgage Capital Trading (MCT) since August 2021. Prior to this, they were the Sr. Director of MSR Services and Sales Operations at MCT from November 2020 to August 2021. Before joining MCT, Bill had experience as the Vice President of Sales for the West Region at Freddie Mac from January 2018 to January 2019. Bill also served as the SVP, National Production Director at LoanStream Mortgage in 2017 and as the Vice President of Customer Management at Fannie Mae from October 2013 to March 2017. Additionally, Bill held leadership positions at The PMI Group, Inc. and PMI Mortgage Insurance Co. where they were responsible for sales, strategic direction, and optimizing loss mitigation opportunities. Bill started their career at Fannie Mae as the Director of Marketing in 1987.

Bill Shirreffs attended the University of Wyoming from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing. In 2011, they enrolled in the Executive Program in Strategic Sales Management at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. No specific degree was mentioned for this program.
