Scott Holtz

Scott Holtz has a diverse work experience in the mortgage industry spanning over several decades. Scott is currently serving as the VP - Regional Sales Director at Mortgage Capital Trading (MCT) since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at JPMorgan Chase as a Correspondent Lending AE from December 2013 to February 2022. Scott also held the position of South Central Division Manager at Sierra Pacific Mortgage from December 2011 to December 2013. Before that, they worked at MetLife Bank as the South Central Regional Sales Leader from December 2010 to December 2011. Scott also has experience as a National Sales Manager - Wholesale Lending at Nationstar Mortgage from March 2009 to September 2010. Scott served as a Regional Sales Manager at Countrywide Correspondent Lending from April 1996 to January 2007 and started their career in the mortgage industry at Lomas Financial Corp as a Mortgage Banking professional from June 1984 to December 1995.

Scott Holtz attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Finance.
