Cmb Daniel Grzywacz Coe, Mortgage Specialist

Daniel Grzywacz has a diverse work experience in the mortgage industry. Daniel started their career as a Loan Officer at One Source Mortgage and Michigan National Bank in the 1980s. Daniel later joined Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as an Area Manager, responsible for managing 12 production branches and exceeding profitability goals. Daniel then worked at Flagstar Bank as an Area Manager and Senior Loan Officer, where they created and managed mortgage origination offices. Daniel also served as the Past President of the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association, where they served for a total of 5 years and also served as the President of the West Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association. Daniel has been working as a Senior Vice President of Sales and SVP Branch Manager at Mortgage 1 Inc since 2012. More recently, Daniel became the owner of Van Go Delivery, LLC. Additionally, they have experience as a public speaker, specifically on timely mortgage topics.

Daniel Grzywacz received their education from Calvin University, where they studied Business from 1998 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended Davenport University from 1981 to 1984, where they earned a degree in Business.

In terms of additional certifications, Daniel has obtained several qualifications. Daniel earned the Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) Designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association in November 2022. Daniel is also a member of the Mortgage Action Alliance, which they joined in June 2020, through the Mortgage Bankers Association. Furthermore, Daniel holds the Residential Mortgage Lender certification from the state of Michigan, which they obtained in June 2008.
