Hilary Noble

Hilary Noble is a seasoned professional in the field of people and culture, currently serving as the People and Culture Coordinator at The Morton Arboretum since August 2024. Prior to this role, Hilary spent over seven years at the Chicago Botanic Garden, where responsibilities included managing a National Science Foundation (NSF) funded Research Experience for Undergraduate (REU) summer internship program, conducting full life cycle recruiting, and mentoring emerging scientists. Hilary successfully contributed to NSF grant renewal proposals totaling over $1M and enhanced the internship program's visibility and applications through website development. Earlier roles involved conducting conservation research, managing herbarium activities, and training graduate students in advanced molecular techniques. Hilary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Connecticut College.
