Alan Delaney

Alan Delaney is an experienced employment law specialist currently serving as a Partner and Accredited Specialist in Employment Law at Morton Fraser MacRoberts LLP since April 2018. Prior to this role, Alan held the position of Director at Dentons for a brief period from November 2017 to March 2018. Alan's extensive career in employment law began at Maclay Murray & Spens LLP, where Alan progressed from Trainee Solicitor to Senior Solicitor, Solicitor, and ultimately Director, demonstrating comprehensive expertise in advising, representing, and training clients on various aspects of employment law. Alan's academic qualifications include an LLM in Human Rights Law from the Glasgow Graduate School of Law and a Diploma in Legal Practice, as well as an LL.B (Hons) from The University of Edinburgh.
