Nicola Edgar

Nicola Edgar is a Partner at Morton Fraser MacRoberts LLP, specializing in personal injury law with a focus on fatal and complex injury cases as well as clinical negligence claims. With a career at the firm beginning in 2009 and a broad background in general litigation, Nicola has held various roles including Legal Director, Senior Associate, Associate, Solicitor/Senior Solicitor, and Trainee/Solicitor. In addition, Nicola serves as a panellist on the Scottish Civil Litigation Expert Panel at LexisNexis UK, contributing to the development of practical Scots law guidance for personal injury practitioners since February 2021. Nicola also tutors the Civil Litigation course in the postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow.
