Stuart McWilliams

Stuart McWilliams is a highly experienced immigration specialist and Partner at Morton Fraser MacRoberts LLP, noted as a top-ranked immigration firm in Scotland by Legal 500. Since January 2014, Stuart has advised individuals and businesses on visa issues and was recognized as the runner-up for the Immigration Provider of the Year award at the Expatriate Management and Mobility Awards in 2015. Prior to this role, Stuart served as a Senior Solicitor at the Ethnic Minorities Law Centre, focusing on applications for leave to remain in the UK and British citizenship. Earlier experience includes positions at The Scottish Government and as a Trainee Solicitor at Shepherd and Wedderburn. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.
