Valerie Armstrong-Surgenor

Valerie Armstrong-Surgenor is a highly experienced legal professional serving as a Partner at Morton Fraser MacRoberts LLP since November 2023 and as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Loyola University Chicago School of Law since January 2018, teaching the History of European Privacy and Data Protection Law. With a career spanning over two decades at MacRoberts LLP, Valerie has extensive expertise in data protection, intellectual property rights, IT and information management, compliance, and regulatory issues across various sectors, including charities and the medical device industry.
