Fergus Mcdiarmid

Fergus is a partner in our Commercial Real Estate Sector and head of our Property in Pensions team.

Our Commercial Real Estate team is one of the country`s largest and leading teams providing tailored advice to a wide range of SIPP and SSAS providers from both within and outwith the United Kingdom.

He previously sat on the Law Society of Scotland AML Advisory Panel. Fergus has also recently been the Chairman of the Real Estate Practice Group of the international legal network Law Europe International.

Fergus specialises in the purchase, management and disposal of all types of commercial real estate held by SIPP and SSAS structures, advising SIPP and SSAS providers on all aspects of these transactions.
