Victoria Fenton

Victoria is a paralegal working within the Family Law team.

She started working at Morton Fraser after moving to Edinburgh from Aberdeen. Victoria attended Aberdeen University and graduated in 2015 with a masters in English. Victoria supports the family law solicitors in her team with many areas including guardianship and intervention applications, permanence orders and adoptions, child abductions, divorce proceedings, financial proceedings and contact disputes. Victoria also manages all the simplified divorce applications and undefended divorce actions for the team. Victoria is an accredited paralegal in English Family Law and therefore also supports the team in English Family Law matters.
