Ann joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in 2011. Ann is responsible for defining and aligning the firm’s human resource strategy with its business strategy at all levels. Ann offers 25 years of hands-on human resources expertise and proven capabilities as a business partner. Ann has helped create and foster a highly collaborative company culture where associates, managers, & senior executives embrace the opportunity to communicate more productively and share ideas more effectively. Ann enjoys assisting associates to solve organizational problems and implement solutions to help them operate more effectively, increase impact, and achieve sustainability.
