Justin Marnell

Justin Marnell is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in labor relations and conflict management. Currently serving as Area Human Resources Manager at Morton Salt since November 2024, Justin has previously held roles such as HR Business Partner (Manager) at Emerson and Human Resources Business Partner for Howmet Aerospace, where support was provided to the HSS HQ and Norwalk sites. Justin's experience also includes HR Manager positions at Elyria Foundry and Hodge Foundry and a Regional Human Resources Manager role at Solvay. Justin holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus.
