Frank Harbin is an experienced restaurant management professional with a career spanning over a decade in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Federal American Grill since May 2024, Frank previously held the position of General Manager at Mo's Restaurants and Federal American Grill. Notable past roles include General Manager at Hasta la Pasta Italian Grill and Lasagna House III, as well as Assistant General Manager at Boudreaux's Cajun Kitchen. Frank's responsibilities have consistently included hiring, dismissal, inventory management, profit and loss oversight, ordering, and customer service, demonstrating a strong commitment to operational excellence in the hospitality industry.
