Charla Jimenez

Charla Jimenez is an experienced People Operations Manager at Mosaic, where responsibilities include overseeing the organizational recruiting program, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and new hire onboarding since March 2015. Prior to Mosaic, Charla held the position of Vice President at Robert Half International's Financial Services Group from December 2007 to February 2015, where achievements included becoming the #1 producer in the United States and establishing a new Financial Services Division. Charla holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from California State University-Sacramento and has completed Master's level courses in Educational Psychology at Chapman University.
