Chase Holbrook

Chase Holbrook, PMP, currently serves as the Manager of Project Controls at Mosaic since November 2019, overseeing cost and schedule controls, reporting, and governance functions for a substantial portfolio of projects with a combined annual budget of approximately $40M. With a strong background in project controls, Chase has successfully implemented Microsoft Power BI and developed a resource planning tool to enhance data analytics and resource management, respectively. Prior experience includes roles at Fluor-BWXT Portsmouth, where Chase contributed to projects with budgets up to $300M and supported project controls teams. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Ministry from Andersonville Theological Seminary and an MS in Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
