Lisa I.

Lisa I. serves as the Vice President of Consulting Operations at Mosaic since May 2019, overseeing US operations, project delivery strategy, employee engagement, and organizational alignment, while managing a team of 9 direct reports and over 65 indirect reports, including an offshore vendor team. Prior to this role, Lisa I. was the Senior Director for the East Region, where responsibilities included staff development, client relationships, and the implementation of transformative project management practices. From April 2016 to April 2019, Lisa I. held a significant role at American Electric Power, driving executive engagement and business process improvements in organizational transformation projects. Lisa I. began a career at Avaap as a consultant, eventually becoming the Director of Consulting Services, leading a team focused on strategic initiatives in various sectors. Lisa I. earned an MBA from The Ohio State University and a BS in Marketing and Business from the University of Dayton.
