ChiN is an experienced professional specializing in strategic planning, community engagement, and media relations. They have held various roles at the Agency for Integrated Care in Singapore since 2020, currently serving as Senior Manager for the Caregiving and Community Mental Health Division, where they lead the Dementia-Friendly Singapore initiative. ChiN previously worked as a Public Relations Associate at Stratagem Consultants from 2010 to 2013, focusing on media and publicity consultancy. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Nanyang Technological University and recently completed a Leadership Development Programme at NUS Business School.
