Jael Yiying Lai

Jael YiYing Lai is a seasoned professional in the field of mental health and program management, currently serving as a Program Manager at the Agency for Integrated Care in Singapore since October 2019. Prior to this role, Jael held positions as a Caseworker at the Singapore Association for Mental Health and returned to the Agency for Integrated Care as a Program Manager after an initial tenure. Jael's experience also includes serving as a Staff Officer of ACCORD at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore, with earlier roles including various internships and customer service positions across reputable organizations. Jael holds a Master of Counselling from Monash University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Queensland, supplemented by a solid educational foundation from Catholic Junior College and Cedar Girls Secondary School.
