James Tan is a development consultant and humanitarian affairs specialist with extensive experience in operational and strategic planning. They served as a partner at Rukotel and directed bluCanvas Consulting from 2015 to 2020, focusing on capability development in Asia's developing countries. Having held key positions as Chief of Staff for the Ministry of Health’s Testing Operations Task Group, James currently directs operations at the Agency for Integrated Care in Singapore.
