Alicia Fernandes

Principal Analyst & Head of Research & Development at Mosaic ATM

Dr. Fernandes has 20 years of research and development experience in aviation and military applications. Her primary research interests include human autonomy teaming and automated support for coordination in traffic flow management. She provides leadership for concept development, simulation, data analysis, and human-computer interaction design projects. She holds a Ph.D. in Cognitive Systems Engineering from Ohio State University, an M.S. in Operations Research from Northeastern University, and a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from California State University, Long Beach.
